Do we charge for consultations? No, of course not. We are happy to meet with you to discuss your options. We feel strongly that educating homeowners about the possibilities of remodeling and home improvement is important. We strive to provide great advice, even if that professional advice turns out to be that remodeling might not be the right choice for your particular situation. We promise to be honest with you.
Do we charge for design? Yes, of course! It takes a considerable time to photo, measure and draw the existing conditions and invetigate the zoning and subdivision requirements in your neighborhoood. To develop a professional solution to your list of wishes requires a professional approach to design. However, we have developed an economical first step we call the "Feasability Study", in order to quickly determine the feasability of your proposed project for a very reasonably priced fixed fee determined at the initial consultation and based upon the discussed scope of work.
